Customer stories

  • NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi

One platform for the entire state highway network

NZTA replaced 18 separate regional set-ups with one platform across more than 11,000 km of state highway. Live since September 2025, it gives the national road agency a single view of corridor access across every region.

  • Auckland Council

Coordinating New Zealand's largest urban network

Auckland Council runs the largest and most complex urban road network in New Zealand on myWorksites. From corridor access and TMP review through to auditing, coordination and forward works planning.

  • Auckland System Management

Running Auckland's motorways alongside the roads they feed

Auckland System Management operates and maintains Auckland's motorway network for NZTA. It was one of the early partners behind myWorksites, and today plans motorway works on the same platform as Auckland Council's local roads.

  • Christchurch City Council

From earthquake rebuild to a 15-year partnership

What began as an urgent way to manage hundreds of rebuild projects on Christchurch's roads has become the system the city's corridor team, its contractors and its residents all use to see what is happening on the network.

  • Timaru District Council

Moving a mid-size council off a legacy system

Timaru District Council moved to myWorksites in 2025, running both systems side by side for six months so nothing in progress had to be re-lodged. It went live in July 2025.

  • Selwyn District Council

    Joining the Canterbury network

Selwyn District Council went live on myWorksites in July 2026, joining Christchurch and the state highways on one platform across a shared, fast-growing corridor.
