Road controlling authorities
One live picture of everything on your network.
The coordination platform NZTA and New Zealand's most forward-thinking councils use to coordinate work.
Every corridor access request, traffic management plan and active worksite, documented in one place, so your team spends its time on judgement rather than admin.
Supports the job you're actually doing
If your corridor knowledge and communications live in someone's head or in email threads, so does your risk. A spreadsheet can't warn two crews when they're planning work on the same road.
myWorksites gives you one live picture of what's planned and active on the road, with every decision recorded alongside it. It doesn't ask you to change how you work. It lets you see and coordinate what you already do, with less effort.
What changes
-
See everything on your network
Every CAR, TMP and active worksite in one live view, including what is happening on neighbouring RCAs. No spreadsheets, no institutional memory, no ringing round.
NZTA's median time to a CAR decision: same day.
-
Find the clash on screen, not on site
Two crews in the same corridor, or conflicting closures on adjacent routes, get flagged while it is still a plan. Corridor intelligence flags bus routes, lifeline routes and emergency access at the point of application, so applicants arrive better informed.
-
Everyone working off the same picture
Road authorities, contractors, TTM providers, public transport, events and emergency services see the same live map. Decisions are recorded where they are made, so the Consult, Cooperate and Coordinate obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act are evidenced as part of the process.
Someone was discharging water onto our network and we didn't know who. I went into the planning map, found the worksite, got the contact details and resolved it with a phone call. All from my desk, in a couple of minutes.

Your local contractors are probably already on it
Anyone who works on a state highway in your district already uses it. Our data tells us that over 75% of TTM companies in NZ already use myWorksites. When Selwyn District Council joined in 2026, only 16% of their applicants were new to myWorksites.
Neighbouring councils on the platform make coordination across shared corridors easier for everyone, including the public who drive across the boundary without noticing it.
