For road authorities
How myWorksites is priced
One annual licence, set by population. Everything your team and your contractors need is included. No per-user or per-application fees, so good adoption never costs you more.
The model
-
Licence by population
Councils are grouped into bands by population, from the smallest districts to the largest cities, with a bespoke arrangement for national and enterprise networks. Your band sets the annual fee. It is predictable year to year and aligns with how councils already think about cost.
-
Everything included
Unlimited users, applications and devices. Hosting, support, automatic updates and the ongoing improvements are all included. Support targets a response within two business hours for critical issues. Single sign-on from the mid bands up. ISO 27001 security across all of it.
-
Services quoted separately
Onboarding, data migration and transitional licences are quoted for your council, so the licence stays clean and you only pay for the services you use. Most councils take Onboarding Success; data migration is optional but highly recommended.
Multi-year terms
We are currently offering discounts on multi-year terms, which helps a growing council near the top of its band lock in price certainty.
Moving from another system
A transition licence covers up to six months of running two systems in parallel. Transition licences are discounted to help reduce the financial impact of paying for two systems during a transition.
What it compares to
When you're developing the business case for moving to myWorksites, consider the cost of your corridor manager's time, a TMC's time, and the cost of one avoidable clash, delay or safety issue on your network.
The licence cost is usually less than people assume, often a rounding error against a capital works programme.
Road authorities typically recover their costs by charging application fees. The costs of using myWorksites can also be recovered.

Pricing questions
Why population rather than application volume?
Because volume is the wrong driver. A council with fewer applications but a complex network gets the same value from seeing everything in one place.
Population tracks the size of the network and the rate base, and it never penalises you for getting more contractors to use the system.
Do contractors pay anything?
Contractors pay nothing to use myWorksites. Applicants register and lodge for free. Any corridor access fees are your council's, configured and billed through the platform under your rules.
Can we start small?
Yes. If a full procurement is a big step, we often start with a time-boxed pilot or a narrow use case that generates evidence first.
Can you give us a number?
Yes. Tell us your organisation and we'll send indicative pricing for your band, usually the same day.
What if we're a road controlling authority but not a council?
Some road authorities (like state highways, ports, airports and rail operators) can't be priced on population. For these customers we look at data like vehicle kilometres travelled per year and the size and complexity of their network, case by case.
