For road authorities
Book a demo
Start with a short call with Tom Rochford, our Head of Partnerships and Customer Success, so we understand your network and how you coordinate today. Then we'll show you myWorksites on a network that looks like yours, not a generic tour.
How it works
-
1. A short discovery call
A quick call for us to learn about your network, your current process and what is prompting the conversation.
-
2. A demo built around you
Invite your teammates. We'll give you a demo with your road hierarchy, the state highways running through your district and the kind of work your team actually processes.
-
3. Explore myWorksites
We can schedule 1:1 deep dives with anyone in your team, introduce you to a peer council, provide indicative pricing and help with the business case. Or, if the timing isn't right for you, we won't take it any further.
Who should come
The discovery call works best with whoever runs corridor access day to day: a corridor manager, network operations manager or roading manager. Ideally someone who sees the bigger picture and can rally the team around them.
For the demo, bring the people who would use myWorksites day to day and the person who would sign it off. If IT will need to approve it, they're welcome too, but we can cover change management, single sign-on, security and support in later sessions.
Once the team have had a demo, if you want to go further we suggest some deep dives with key users and stakeholders to make sure they are comfortable myWorksites can do everything they need.
