For road authorities

Taking it upstairs?

Most of the road authorities we talk to love the product but have to get it through an internal approval process.

We've put together some support material to help you write the case, so you're not starting from a blank page.

What's in the kit

  • A one-page summary for your manager

What myWorksites is, who uses it, what it changes and what it costs to run, written for a transport leader with five minutes to spare.

  • A business case template

Structured on NZ Treasury's Better Business Cases Five Case Model (strategic, economic, commercial, financial, management), so you can lift sections straight into your council's own template.

  • A reference call

We will introduce you to a peer at a council that has made the same decision, so you or your manager hears it from someone in their position rather than from us.

We'll help you write it

The template provides some structure and content, but it will need your local context and numbers: what your current process costs in staff time, what moving involves, what the options are and what approval you're asking for.

Corridor managers shouldn't have to become business case writers to get a better tool.

We are happy to schedule a session to work through the detail and the thinking with you.
