Tim Oliver
Tim's been working in the web space since the early dotcom days: ecommerce, content management, integrations and custom applications, before moving into cloud, by way of agency work supporting commercial and government clients.
He's also got a long history with open source platforms. Not only does Tim have a senior head on his shoulders, he's got a rare empathy for users and is deeply driven by leaving everything he touches better than he found it.
Talk to him about: data, debugging, how microservices talk to each other, and the APIs the platform provides to customers. Bonus marks for questions about information security: keeping systems and people's data safe in a dangerous world is a genuine passion of his.
Outside work: Games of every type, working through acquiring his third thousand books, a bit of disc golf, and politics whenever it comes up.
