Before coming to myWorksites, Tim spent nearly three years building and maintaining data platforms for a regional government agency, coordinating with subject matter experts to turn tricky regulatory requirements into features people actually use.
At myWorksites, he laid much of the initial groundwork for full end-to-end UI testing across the platform, now built out further by the wider team, helped bring in automated code quality and security scanning, and has contributed to the team's ongoing work porting its older, legacy code into where it needs to be. Early on with the team, Tim put real energy into shaping the team's agile processes and workflow.
