Software Engineer
James Kingsthwaite
James is a full-stack Software Developer. Before joining myWorksites, he spent several years with a specialised software and services provider that equips architects, engineers, and manufacturers with design tools.
Highlights there included building a payment portal and reconciliation system, and a shared UI component library. Since joining myWorksites, he's worked across Road Space Bookings, Coordination Reviews and Assurance Checks, and been heavily involved in upgrading the platform's tech stack, particularly around TMP workflows, as well as helping establish best-practice patterns for API structure, UI/UX and agentic workflows. James holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury.

Outside work: An amateur brewer and distiller with a fondness for gin, plays the drums, and can usually be found in the garden or out on the disc golf course.
