Abigail Little

Her background is in law (both private practice and in-house) and governance, which means she cares as much about doing things responsibly as doing it fast. Most of her energy goes into creating the leadership and cultural conditions that let teams take real ownership of their work.

With myWorksites specifically, that means helping the team build the right people and conditions to stand confidently on its own, shifting it from something incubated inside the MadeCurious mothership to a mature product team thriving in its own right.

Outside work: Mother of three, which doesn't leave a lot of spare time, but she's usually found near the kids, whether that's on the sidelines, up a mountain, or on the water. When she can get away, it's walking in the hills or knees deep in the garden, in glorious solitude with only a podcast for company.
